Mansion of Bad Decisions, Sunday Morning

It'd been a weird couple of days for Mike. Starting with Adam being here, and the ill-adviced, island-caused revisit of his relationship with Brooke on Friday night, and just... Yeah. The crash between Florida and Fandom and all that went with it. But things seemed to have righted themselves somewhat, by Sunday morning. Adam had made himself scarce and Mike could only hope he wasn't doing anything too bad. And after yesterday's mainland excursion, things between him and Brooke seemed less awkward, too.

They were going to go down to the park for the brunch, later. But first, breakfast at the house.

"I know it's not that place you like back home, but, you want waffles?"
