It was Friday evening and as had been promised by the posters earlier this week, that meant party time! The mansion was ready, and the mustaches were ready.

No really, there were theme-appropriate balloons.

Atton shrugged a shoulder. "Seems kind of pointless to slap yourself for something that wasn't you."

"You don't know the want to do that until you've been that stupid," Kitty said.

"How bad can crying over gum be?" Atton wondered.

"I went to the cops. For gum," she said.

"People were using sushi as currency," Atton pointed out.

"I probably cried over that too," Kitty said.
