'STACHE BASH, Dapper Mansion on Phoenix Way, Friday Evening

It was Friday evening and as had been promised by the posters earlier this week, that meant party time! The mansion was ready, and the mustaches were ready.

No really, there were theme-appropriate balloons.

All that was needed now were some people to have a good time.

"No," Allie admitted with laugh of her own. "We'd probably have better success with some of the tiny little plastic swords at the bar. At least they're kind of pointy."

"Next time I stop in and see you at work we'll have to try that," Éponine said, and experimentally poked her mustache-on-a-stick forward in a move that might be considered a lunge had they been fencing.

Fencing terminology would probably take offense if it were applied here, though.
